This means that there is no more trying to avoid joists or noggins, they simply fit under them!
They come in various sizes from 96mm through to 300mm so there is a size for domestic, commercial or industrial applications.
Wattages range from 7 watts to 20 watts and they are available in a 5000 kelvins colour
